Kaitlin is an engineer, product strategist, and open data enthusiast. Before Ad Hoc, she was at 18F, a consultancy inside the General Services Administration, where she served as their first Director of Engineering. She also led the implementation of the DATA Act, the nation’s first open data law. Before 18F, Kaitlin advocated for government transparency and munged messy data at the Sunlight Foundation. When not directing innovation, she’s with her daughters or probably rebuilding a piece of her house.
