Jessie Posilkin leads the Acquisitions Consulting team at GSA’s Technology Transformation Service. Amongst other projects, her team is helping multiple states improve their technology practices around Medicaid and child welfare system modernization, and Federal Agencies with legacy modernization. Previously she worked as an organizer and technologist in a variety of non-profits, helping social workers, lawyers, organizers, and food pantry managers use technology to better serve the public and working on technology education. Jessie graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies.
