Katy is the Learning Systems Product Manager in the Department of Technology at SFUSD. Katy manages the district's partnership with Clever, which provides a seamless access point to learning technologies for all of the district's 60,000 students. Katy is also continuing the work of her colleagues in developing a LMS solution that works with the district's unique needs.
Katy's background in the education field has ranged from preschool to higher education, in front of the classroom and behind the scenes. Her work with technology has focused on redesigning education systems to stay current with 21st century skill demands and personalized learning opportunities.
