Only New Mistakes: Starting and Running a Digital Service

Now the Canadian Digital Service is the latest initiative to reshape government services. Each of these offers incredible learning opportunities for those who follow, and each is doing their best to learn from what has gone before. Across these efforts, the challenges are familiar: to build digital capability throughout the entirety of government, all while managing risk, aversion to change, and ensuring we only make new mistakes.
